- What if I never received my order or they arrive damaged? I take great care in the entire process from printing to shipping to ensure this does not happen. In the event that it does, please contact me with further details on your order. Attaching any photos would be immense help!
- My clothing order arrived damaged/misprinted, can you help? Yes, please send me an email with your order number and a photo of the issue!
- Do you offer international shipping? Yes, please see Shipping + Returns.
- Do you take commissions or business collaborations? I do, please email me with complete art proposals!
- Do you do print swaps? Not at this time.
- Do you sell anywhere else? Only at ArtStar, Loupe, WallvsMe, and Displate online. Mobile wallpapers are available through Zedge App premium marketplace by searching my name! A few studio prints may be available at Wing on Wo.
- Where are your clothing products made? They are all printed and fulfilled from Printful warehouses in the US, Mexico, and Europe. Please contact me with your order info if anything happens with your order.
- Why are the Large Prints excluded from the free shipping code? The large prints are also printed and fulfilled by Printful on demand. Therefore, I cannot combine those products with my other print products for free shipping (or free stickers) because they are being fulfilled from different locations.
- Can you use recyclable packaging materials? I reuse packaging if I can and use the minimum amount of tape to secure your product for its road trip to you. Any orders that are fulfilled directly from Printful is packaged with all-recyclable plastic or cardboard. Please re-use if possible!
- Which products are signed and numbered? The Custom Prints and the Postcard Set are signed and numbered!
